Giving?

I have a list of charities that I would like to donate to their organization. Which one would you donate to if you had the choice of these?

Domestic Violence, Lyme disease, Cancer organizations, Special Olympics, Ronald McDonald House, Alzheimer's Assoc., Unstoppable Foundation, Destiny Designers Youth Leadership or another one not listed?
